Vendors ("Vendors") offer products for sale to merchants ("Merchants") through our platform. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms

Users must respect and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.Harassment, abuse, or any form of disrespect towards other users, vendors, or our team will not be tolerated.Users are prohibited from misrepresenting their identity or affiliation with any entity.Harmful, illegal, or offensive content must not be uploaded or shared.Attempts to interfere with the platform's operations, such as hacking, data mining, or spreading malware, are strictly forbidden.Users are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor in all interactions within the platform.

2. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Purchs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the platform (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Purchs and its licensors.You are not permitted to use these Trademarks without the prior written consent of Purchs or the respective Trademark owner.Unauthorized use of the content or Trademarks may violate applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.Does this addition cover your needs? 5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate and complete product information.Vendors are responsible for managing their inventory and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of their products.Vendors are prohibited from selling products that are prohibited or unregulated by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate shipping and billing information.Merchants are responsible for reviewing product details and ensuring they meet their needs before making a purchase.Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase of products.

7. Ordering and Payment

Orders are binding once placed by Merchants and accepted by Vendors.Payments processed through our secure payment system are covered by our platform policies and support.Payments made through third-party systems are the responsibility of the parties involved and are not covered by our platform policies or support.Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to our customer support team.Purchs is not responsible for unpaid orders.Use of our payment system for any activities outside of the platform’s intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for shipping products to Merchants in a timely manner.Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times will be specified by the Vendor.Merchants must report any issues with delivery to the Vendor promptly.

9. Returns and Refunds

Vendors must outline their return, credit and refund policies clearly.Merchants must follow the Vendor's return, credit and refund process.Any disputes regarding returns and refunds should be directed to our customer support team.Fees associated with refunds and chargebacks, if any, are the responsibility of the Vendor.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.You may not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.You may not interfere with the operation of our platform or its security features.

11. Limitation of Liability

Purchs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use our platform in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

Merchants and Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Purchs harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or actions arising from their use of the platform, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorney's fees.

13. Cancellation Policy

Vendors and Merchants may cancel their accounts at any time.If cancellation occurs mid-term, no refunds will be provided for the remaining term.To cancel your account, please contact our support team for assistance.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms.Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform.

15. Communication

By using our platform, you agree that Purchs has the right to communicate with you via email, SMS, or other methods about your account, orders, and other important updates.These communications are essential for providing you with timely information and ensuring a smooth user experience.You may opt-out of certain types of non-essential communications by updating your preferences in your account settings.
